Welcome to StremLux ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://stremlux.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
StremLux provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service delivering live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided via the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription.
2. Account Registration
- Provide accurate, complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality.
- Must be at least 18 or the legal age in the Netherlands.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us at [email protected] for unauthorised use.
3. Subscription Plans & Payment

Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment. We do not store payment card details. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless stated.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final once activated. Exceptions: verified outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours (pro-rata credit) or confirmed duplicate charge (full refund). Requests within 7 days to [email protected].
5. Acceptable Use
Use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. Do not share, resell, redistribute credentials. Do not circumvent access controls or use automated tools. Violation results in immediate termination without refund.
6. Device Limitation
Each subscription allows access on one (1) device at a time via IBO Player exclusively.
7. Service Availability
StremLux strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure.
8. Intellectual Property
All content is property of respective owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal viewing only.
9. Privacy
Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms without notice or refund. Cancel anytime by contacting [email protected].
11. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
12. Limitation of Liability
StremLux shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability limited to amount paid in the preceding 30 days.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
