1. General Policy
All subscription purchases are final once activated. Because the Service provides immediate access to digital streaming content, refunds are not available after activation. This is consistent with Netherlands consumer protection laws for digital services.
We strongly encourage using our Try 1 Month before purchasing.
2. Eligible Exceptions
2.1 Extended Outage
Verified outage affecting your account for 72+ consecutive hours: eligible for pro-rata credit. Must be StremLux infrastructure issue. Request within 14 days.
2.2 Duplicate Charge
Technical duplicate charge: full refund. Proof may be required. Processed within 5-10 business days.
3. Non-Eligible Situations
- Change of mind after purchase
- Wrong plan selected
- Your own internet/device issues
- Account suspended for Terms violation
- Unused subscription period
- Channel availability changes
4. How to Request
Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request". Include: full name, email, purchase date, issue description, payment reference. Submit within 7 days. Response within 3 business days.

6. Processing
Approved refunds returned to original payment method within 5-10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension.
